Os músicos Omar Rodríguez-Lopez e Cedric Brixler-Zavala se reuniram com o baterista David Elitch este ano para lançar o novo álbum ‘Antemasteque’ pelo The Mars Volta. O grupo contou com a participação de Flea do Red Hot Chili Peppers. De início seria apenas na canção ‘4 AM’, mas o resultado foi tão bom que o baixista colaborou também em outras faixas.
